Hey, I’m Omar.
I’m a TEDx speaker, model, actor and content creator. I’m also President and co-founder of Vitiligo Voices Canada — Canada’s first national support network for people living with vitiligo, their friends, families, and allies.
I make content that blends humor and honesty about life with vitiligo — part storytelling, part just showing up exactly as I am. You’ll probably also catch me hiking, skiing, or doing something mildly reckless in nature, because… healing comes with good views.
Why do I talk so much about vitiligo?
Because I want people to see what it really looks like in real life. I also want to show those with vitiligo that you can do all these things, show up anywhere, and own the space you’re in. I know how it feels to live in a body that draws attention before your voice does, so I mix real talk with a bit of fun — to raise awareness, spark better conversations, and invite people in without making it heavy.
