1. Platform Role
CollabThere acts strictly as a bridge and intermediary between Canadian creators and brands. We provide the tools for discovery, messaging, and payment processing, but we are not a party to the actual work agreements between users.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information. Creators must be residents of Canada. Brands must be legitimate business entities. We reserve the right to suspend any account that provides false info or violates community safety.
3. Payments & Escrow
Payments are processed through our secure gateway. Funds are held and released to the creator once proof of work is submitted and approved. By using the platform, you agree to our Refund Policy.
4. Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of their content. However, by posting on CollabThere, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your profile and public posts to facilitate brand discovery and platform promotion.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CollabThere be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, missed campaign deadlines, or disputes between brands and creators.
6. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
